The Villa consists of two floors and a penthouse. The first floor is designed for guests and consists of a 2 room apartment and a 3 room apartment.

2 room apartment:

You can rent the whole apartment, which consists of

• large living room with satellite television, dining, balcony and kitchen containing  refrigerator and gas with oven
• master bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bath and toilet and a walk-in closet
• bedroom with two single beds
• bathroom with shower and toilet.

Prices per night including breakfast:

For 2 persons                                     Euro 50,00*
For 3 persons                                     Euro 65,00*
For 4 persons                                     Euro 75,00*

In case you want to make a reservation for more than 4 persons, we can generate extra sleeping accommodation for free.

3 room apartment:

This apartment consists of a common area:

• sitting room with satellite television
• Arabic lounge
• kitchen containing refrigerator and gas with oven
• large balcony at the street side.

In the apartment you can rent a room and you can choose between:

Master bedroom with double bed, bathroom and balcony

This room has a door to a private bathroom with bath and toilet and another door to the balcony.

Prices per night including breakfast:
For 1 person                                       Euro 30,00*
For 2 persons                                     Euro 40,00*

Bedroom with two single beds and bathroom next to the bedroom

This room has a bathroom with bath and toilet in the corridor next to the bedroom.

Prices per night including breakfast:
For 1 person                                       Euro 25,00*
For 2 persons                                     Euro 35,00*

Beside this bedroom, it has another room which you can rent in case you are coming with more than two persons. Prices are on request.

If you are staying more than 4 nights, we ask for a deposit.

Your overnight stay in our accommodation is including breakfast, which is served in the dining room of the penthouse. Dependant on the weather, you can enjoy your meals outside on the roof terrace.

We can  also serve lunch or dinner or prepare a picnic basket. We kindly ask you to make a reservation one day in advance.  Prices are on request.

The use of internet and satellite television is free.

Tea and coffee will be served upon arrival.
